I Go To A Church … Where
I Go To A Church … Where
I go to a church…
where people with learning difficulties are accepted & loved
(even if they make loud comments about the sermon).
I go to a church…
where people with physical disabilities are accepted & loved
(even if adaptations have to be made to the church & hall to accommodate them).
I go to a church…
where people who are sad & lonely are accepted & loved
(even if they cry in services & need a lot of time & love).
I go to a church…
where people with mental health problems are accepted & loved
(even if their problems aren’t understood).
I goto a church…
where people with behaviour problems are accepted & loved
(even if they swear & can be obnoxious & upset people).
I go to a church…
where support groups for those suffering from the affects of addictions are accepted & loved
(even if they used our electricity & loo paper).
I go to a church…
where people without a home are accepted & loved
(even if they sometimes make a mess & sometimes turn up drunk).
I go to a church…
where I feel accepted & loved, where I know Jesus is
(even if He looks like the people of Camborne Parish Church).
Ed: Especially here, where else? (Matthew 25: 31 to 46).
